This applies to everyone who uses ShootOS, including your team. Breaching it breaches the Terms of Service and can lead to suspension.
ShootOS is licensed for running your own real estate media business. Don't resell it, sublicense it, or run it as a service for others without our written permission.
Found a security problem? Email us before telling anyone else. We won't pursue good-faith research that respects this policy and doesn't touch other companies' data.
ShootOS is multi-tenant. Don't try to access, enumerate or infer another company's data, accounts or content — including by guessing identifiers or altering requests.
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you. Honour unsubscribe and STOP requests. Don't use ShootOS to send unsolicited commercial messages, and don't misrepresent who a message is from. This covers email and text alike.
Don't upload, store or send content that you don't have the rights to, that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing, or that contains malware.
Don't put payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information or comparable sensitive data into ShootOS — it isn't built to hold them. We never receive card numbers; payments are handled by Stripe.
Property media. Photographing an interior captures someone's home and belongings. You're responsible for having permission to photograph a property and to use the images.
Our AI features produce suggestions, not decisions. Review anything that reaches a client. Don't paste sensitive personal information into them, and don't use them to generate unlawful or deceptive content.
One person per login — don't share credentials. Deactivate team members when they leave.
We'd rather contact you than suspend you, and normally will. We may act immediately where there's a risk to other customers, to the service, or to us, or where the law requires it. If we suspend an account we'll say why and what would fix it.
